PUBLICATION

All accepted abstract will be published as an  e-book (with ISBN and Editor) before the congress in English/Turkish.

 

Sending full paper is not obligatory. Full papers can be written in Turkish or English.

 

All full papers will be published in edited international books by IJOPEC Publication or/and in Turkish Studies Journal in 2 weeks after the congress according to editor's decision but till the 26th of October 2018 .

 

For Turkish Studies Journal:

Turkish Studies Journal will publish 25 congress papers in special volume for CUDES Congress. You have to select your publication choice in the registration form. Blind referees process will be completed and journal will be published before 25th of the October 2018. For IJOPEC Books:

 Full texts in Turkish will be printed in Turkish, and full texts in English will be printed separately in English books. In the areas that are not sufficiently full text will be published as  titled Current Debates in Social Sciences / Current Issues in Social Sciences.

 

Articles must be written in English or Turkish and proofread before submission. All articles submitted should be in accordance with the main guidelines of IJOPEC Publication.  The authors should follow the submission guidelines of the IJOPEC, which can be found on the IJOPEC’ web pages of CUDES

 

The deadline to submit your manuscript for Edited International e-Book is 1st of October 2018.  Not obligatory

BEST PAPER AWARD

We invite proposals for oral and virtual paper presentations. Best paper prize will be given to submitted full paper authors (oral & virtual presentations) by scientific committee for each social sciences disciplines.

 

VIRTUAL PRESENTATION

CUDES 2018 encourages an active participation in the congress, authors who are unable to attend the conference in person due to funding issues concerning travel expenses and working conditions may participate with a virtual presentation.

YAYIN

Kabul edilen tüm özetler kongreden evvel e-kitap (ISBN ve Editörlü olarak) İngilizce yayınlanacaktır.

 

Tam metin gönderilmesi zorunlu değildir. Tam metinler Türkçe veya İngilizce yazılmış olabilir. Sunum dili ile aynı olmak zorunda değildir.

 

Tüm bildiriler Turkish Studies Dergisinde ve / veya IJOPEC Publication  (Akademik Teşvik ve Doçentlik Başvurularında Uluslararası Yayınevi olarak kabul edilmektedir)  tarafından  bir veya birden fazla uluslararası editörlü  e-kitapta kitap bölümü olarak, editörün kararına göre, kongreden hemen sonraki 2 hafta içerisinde ancak 26 Ekim 2018 tarihine kadar basılacaktır. Turkish Studies (ULAKBIM) dergisi için:

Turkish Studies Dergisi, CUDES Kongresine sunulan bildirilerden 25 tam metni  CUDES için özel sayıda yayınlayacaktır. Kayıt formunuzdaki yayın seçiminizi dikkatli yapınız. Hakemler süreci ve dergi basımı 25 Ekim 2018'den önce tamamlanarak yayınlanacaktır. Lütfen dergi yazma kurallarını kullanmak için http://www.turkishstudies.net adresindeki web sayfasına bakınız.

 

IJOPEC Kitabı için:

Bildiriler Türkçe veya İngilizce yazılmış olmalı ve gönderilmeden önce yazım hataları kontrol edilmelidir. Yazarlar ın IJOPEC yayınlarının web sitesi webde yer alan yazım kurallarına uygun olarak  bölümlerini hazırlaması gerekmektedir.

 

Türkçe tam metinler Türkçe, İngilizce tam metinler ise İngilizce kitaplarda ayrı olarak basılacaktır. Yeterli tam metin olmayan alanlarda ise Current Debates in Social Sciences / Sosyal Bilimlerde Güncel Tartışmalar isimleri ile alanlara ayrılmış kitaplar basılacaktır.

 

Uluslararası Editörlü kitap bölümü için bildirilerin son gönderilme tarihi 1 Ekim 2018'dir. TAM METİN GÖNDERMEK ZORUNLU DEĞİLDİR

 

Özetler Kayıt formu ile http://www.cudes2018.org/submission-form.html adresinden gönderilmeli tam metinler ise book@currentdebates.org adresine iletilmelidir.

 

EN İYİ BİLDİRİ ÖDÜLÜ

Kongre kapsamında yer alan tüm sosyal bilim alanlarında, tam metin sunulan tebliğlerden (Sanal sunumlar dahil) bilim kurulunca seçilecek bildirilere en iyi tebliğ ödülleri verilecektir. En

 

SANAL SUNUM

CUDES 2018 seyahat, konaklama vb masraflar için yeterli mali kaynak bulamadığı veya çalışma koşulları gereği  kongrede bulunamayacak olan katılımcıların sanal sunumla katılmasını  teşvik etmektedir. Bu çerçevede video kaydının zamanında yapılıp gönderilmesi son derece önemlidir.
